But a college kid also is pretty resilient at fighting the flu. Forbes doesn't like changing up the rotation order if he doesn't have to. Pretty clear the plan was to use Glauber as a delayed starter and limit DeCaro to a few innings. If Forbes/DeCaro had the benefit of hindsight, DeCaro likely stays on the bench. But I understand why they decided to give it a whirl based on the information they had at 5 PM.

Doesn’t like to change up the rotation? He started Lynch last night so the rotation was already changed. Why even try it? Pitch him tomorrow.
