It appears there was not a great plan in place when Hubert was let go. This was always the biggest concern.

There is absolutely no evidence of this. Coaches can say they are interested right up until the point they aren't.

What , take more money, get a PITA AD off his back, not have to move or start a program over? Why would he do that when he could come here and gather around with everybody, sing Kumbaya and live in bliss once just a few small wrinkles get ironed out?
