Greg Barnes had multiple sources for his story about an off-season OC change.

Moreover, I could have written the same story with no sources. You can't head the worst P4 offense and keep your job. Saying there will be a new OC next year is about as newsworthy as saying the sun will rise in the East next year.

I'm not on IC super premium, so thanks for the mention about the multiple sources. It definitely feels more believable coming from Barnes versus simultaneous tweets from Tommy and Joey that eventually get deleted. I could be wrong, but it feels like Barnes also made commentary on some of that smoke that turned out to be a disgruntled insider instead of fire. Andrew Jones used the "multiple sources" a few times while painting a picture that the on-field hustle, unity, and fundamentals have dispelled or rebutted.

Yeahbut: In this case you can literally say "crazier things have happened". I'd LMFAO at you if you told me in Dec that Freddie K would just back his way into his current position, especially given the rest of the O coaching makeup.
 
Got the premium seat lease renewal today for another 4 years. Probably letting them go this time. Its $1000 per seat plus the cost of the actual tickets which are also premium priced. It comes out to well over $200 per seat per game.

Don't blame you one bit. Any more now I just pick a game or two I care about seeing in-person and just buy Pope Box or Blue Zone either on IC ticket exchange or SeatGeek/StubHub.
 
This far into the season I figured I would have a good idea of how the game this Saturday might turn out. All I can guess is that it will be low scoring. Feels like the game itself is a toss up. Wake is favored by -6.5 last I checked. Do know the Deacs will play tough and would revel in beating our Heels.

True, though you can’t entirely rule out an old, successful football coach being hard-headed when everyone is telling him he did something the wrong way.

Point is UNC used this to show again his commitment which is key to success. This was a brilliant PR move by BB and UNC. You can not like BB and accept that as being true. So yea, it was being asked. Since you seem triggered, I guess I’ll rephrase on behalf of the author of the tweet I clipped: nobody in a position of hiring authority in the NFL was asking, just like they weren’t last year, or the year before.

God y'all totally miss point. It does not matter if giants were or were not interested. BB and UNC used this to help the program. It reassures recruits. Redirects the media. Speaks to portal entrants. Speaks to fans. This is brilliant.

Guess who Bill Belichick publicly trashed last year while working the media circuit? You guessed it! Joe Schoen! Guess who demands complete and total control of all personnel decisions? That’s right! Bill Belichick. Guess who wouldn’t have any desire to hire a guy who publicly criticized him *and* who wants complete control over the front office?

So, yeah, it’s kinda sorta cringe to put out an Instagram statement at 10 PM on a Friday night that you aren’t leaving your job at UNC for the NFL when no NFL team has given or is planning to give you the time of day. Hence, answering a question that nobody of consequence has even been asking…

Not sure what that means. Cowherd said after Clemson game BB was checked out, trying to do buyout and this show is national and seen by millions. Ny post does story with experts saying BB would crawl to ny. I don't thing giants would hire him. But an impediment to his success is the belief he will take flight. Soi we used this. It will be talked about in GameDay.
