The thing is anyone with a brain saw this coming, which is why I don't know why anyone wanted to keep Mack. Great QB play has saved him the last few years, but even then there were the collapses at the end of the last few seasons. And the defense and special teams have always been bad with Mack.
Unfortunately for UNC football there are a never ending stream of excuses. It’s why we have Mack Brown in year six even though everyone knew we would be terrible.

Fire everybody in the building at halftime. I'm not even remotely kidding. I just ran into Bubba and damned near got ejected from Kenan for telling him to go do his fucking job.
JMU is playing harder….winning at the line of scrimmage, dominating special teams…..the Carolina defense that played at App State a few years ago is on the field.
