Underachieving? We're 3-0, it's a lovely, mild, late September Saturday and there aren't 10K people in the stands. Nothing says "nobody gives a shit about Carolina football" like that does...

Dude, there are probably 35k here and it's the 3rd week in a row of an absolute shit schedule. When we have played even remotely meaningful games, the crowds and enthusiasm has been fine. This is a failure of the coaching staff, not the fanbase.

woof.

glad i decided to use my precious time and energy on other things after the horrific way last season ended.

i'll be back when mack is gone.

You gotta admit, this is sort of a work of art. Wins over FCS opponents are all alike; all losses are pitiful in their own way.

Even Bunting held Furman to 28 points IIRC.

Not sure I have ever turned off a UNC game in the first quarter before, but I did so today. Complete and total humiliation. This program is done under the current staff. The humiliating ass kickings will continue until coaching improves.

Underachieving as a whole under Mack and as a program. They haven't played anyone in their 3 wins, either.

Y'all dissing on Mack, but you don't even grasp what he's doing here. He's building something that will stand the test of time. Just as Duchamp hung a toilet on a wall and called it art, this game will be forever remembered as the quintessence of suck. Wins come and go, but giving up 53 in the first to an FCS opponent is legendary.

Mack is a dadaist in his old age. If y'all would just stop dwelling on the W/L aspect of it, and really the whole concept of a sporting event, you'll get it. Mack is proving, once and for all, that even the most ordinary team can achieve new heights or lows -- just like that urinal on a wall became a legendary sculpture.
