I'm hearing Guglhupf will start a new special after dook wins called the Tar Heel "turnover special"..... this is giving me the sads.
 
Whatever happens. we have to stop recruiting players who can't shoot. Trimble tries and gives good effort, but we need all scholarship players, at every position, to be able to shoot. This lineup might have been good twenty five years ago.

Last year they ran a lot of different actions. Multiple screens. Movement

Actual sets. Just nothing this year

I mean, at this rate, who will be here to be around Caleb Wilson? I don’t have faith in our coaching staff’s ability to scout the portal. Outside of Manek, Cormac and Ingram, we’ve hit on nada. And after this season, I’m pretty sure we’ll be seeing the last of EC, Seth, Drake and Ian, he’s probably leaving anyway.
 
After a nice start to the season, Trimble has really regressed, Missed a couple point blank layups with advantage.

Is that due to the roster? The roster this year and last year is night and day. Size, shooters, defense, motion on offense. Kind of the same when Garcia went down and Manek got a ton of minutes. The offense was so much more open. One player. Not sure what happened with the portal, behind the scenes, but we crapped out.

Trimble isn’t the problem. It’s a frontline that belongs in DII or a Y league.

ETA it's cool that I get to watch the gym with no adds! I'm watching on Sling TV but there's no adds just cameras on the court and sound of the same.

Moving on to the B1G should be a part of the solution. The ACC, as much as I hate to say it, is a sinking ship.

With this coaching staff, I fear, we could move to a 2A NC high school conference and finish middle of the pack.

I didn't mean to single him out. We need to have reliable shooters at every position, save possibly center. And we can't be putting anyone on the court who doesn't have to be guarded.
 
I can't believe there are folks who want to see this again next year. A good man, but has to be a change.
