United Healthcare CEO shot and killed | 1st Degree murder charges ordered dropped

Yeah those sick people deserve to since their treatment wasn't covered

Long live the rich
That's your takeaway/response from my post?

Those folks who have a hand in causing harm to others need to face punishment, definitely. We agree on that. You, however, seem to think that the death penalty is warranted in many cases. I'm not on board with that.

What other crimes do you feel like should result in death?

I just hope you’re still around when Trump dies. Then you’ll have something to complain about.
Oh I won’t shed a single tear when that happens. Big unfair comparing this guy to Trump though. Is there anything besides his employer to indicate that he was a bad guy? Does taking a job that 99.9% of adults on this planet would take if offered merit celebrating his execution?

Do you often get told you’re boring?

Not really in the legal profession are you?

Manslaughter doesn't come with the death penalty

You are obviously basing that 99.9% of the world on the pay alone.

There's no way in hell I would have his job. I'll probably never advance at my company because the next step requires that I see employees as resources and not people. I'm sorry, I can't find it in me to fire a person that does a great job and earns every penny they make because we need to make the numbers look better for the stockholders.

No amount of money is worth having to make decisions to fuck other humans every opportunity you can, all for profits.

Oh, shit. First, no I’m not in the legal profession. Second, I’m definitely having issues with comprehension skills this morning. I think I understand what you meant earlier. I agree wholeheartedly that those folks who you’re talking about should be charged with manslaughter, or even worse crimes.

I thought you meant that they should be killed. My apologies for the lack of understanding on my part.

Yeah I was reading your first part thinking, Amen. Then it turned lol

I want for profit insurance burned. I think when they contribute to death they should be punished. It's different than doctors who are trying to help. They literally put price limits on your life

In fairness, it's not just you. That particular post was really unclear. I read it the same way you did.

People need to be sad about this, we're talking about a CEO not a dozen kids whose deaths need to be ignore with some thoughts and prayers.
Or the millions of unnecessary deaths around the world. No, let's be sad about an overpaid CEO whose job was to put profits over people. Yea, that's the ticket.

I will state again, for some posters, I do not condone the man being killed and I am not gloating, just looking at reality.

I just started a thread about the economics of private insurance. Your participation would be great, but you'll have to open your mind just a bit. It's not necessarily that you're wrong about for-profit insurance, but there's a lot more to the question and it's important to get to the right place with the right reasons.

And you give doctors too much credit. I say that as someone married to and sired by doctors.

I think the logic is like this, and I don't understand what's wrong with it. Let's say there's an earthquake that will kill 100 people. We can't change that. But can we wish that, if 100 people have to die, it would be a group of 100 bad guys? You know, like Enrique Tarrio, Elon Musk, Daniel Ortega, etc. I don't see anything wrong with that, although I've been criticized heartily for it.

No, but pissing you off does..
So you are celebrating the murder of a husband and father because you want to piss off some stranger from the internet that you'll never meet? Maybe talk that one through with a therapist.
