Y'all really don't get it.

The Supreme Court has given Trump absolute power. He is now in fact ruling America with an iron fist. We have the military and ICE roaming freely in the streets. There's no such thing as due process, because the Supreme Court has stayed every district court order trying to enforce due process. Anyone can now be picked up and whisked away to South Sudan or El Salvador or anywhere and there is nothing you can do about it because they are only giving an hour's notice, or two hours notice, or 15 minutes notice. Not enough notice even to contact an attorney, let alone file anything. Oh, and by the way, they don't have to tell anyone where they took you.

At this point, we need to be gearing up for Civil War. You think this is an exaggeration? Trump now has more power than King George III ever had. King George was limited by the Magna Carta. The US does not even have a Magna Carta any more. We have nothing except selective reading of the bible.

And y'all are worried about manners. Oh no, we wouldn't want to offend anyone by saying that if we are to get our country back, certain people need to be removed from office AND made examples of. Any judge who denies due process to others should not be afforded due process themselves. Saving the country means cleansing the judiciary of the "judges" who hate the constitution, hate America and never had any intention whatsoever of applying the law. It is a coup.

So if you're complaining about my rhetoric, then get a fucking clue and GFY. I'm not the enemy. Nothing I write is the problem. The problem is the fascists who control all branches of government.

I have tried to cabin and moderate my comments about fascism so as to not lose credibility. But there is nothing more to say. Literally no American has any right. Trump can do what he wants to anyone and there is nothing at all to stop him.

I did no such thing. I said the future is not yet written. Well, now it is. I've appreciated the danger forever. Do you not remember my evisceration of some of the worst, including Trump v United States.

I promise you, I've been attuned to the Court's fascist tendencies for a long time. I just didn't expect this. I didn't expect them to just stay everything.

Unitary Federalism/Executive Branch. Adios norms, checks, and balances.

He can do whateverthehellhewants thanks to SCrOTUS. There is no longer accountability. Trump and Putin just orchestrated a FOMO, then fake war with Iran where everyone walks away intact but with bruises. Each week is an episode of Trump2.0 starring the Mad Orange King.
 
I don’t know if they will go there but it seems to me that this ruling, if misused, would allow them to not even give US citizens the ability to prove their citizenship.

Hate to say “misused” because that could apply to any deportation without due cause but I think people get my point.

Rest assured, this will happen. I suspect it will be very modest profile folks for a while, in order to send heavy handed messages to the high profilers. The country just got brutally more dangerous, but if you're a liberal community and/or campaign organizer in a swing state/district, I fear for you most.

Think he’s responding more to the lefties—particularly those moderating this board—who’ve warned him against suggesting/supporting violent action or overthrow.

I don't understand the last sentence. Your analysis above it is correct. The qualifier is fine; it's just that the probability of misuse is extremely high, which doesn't contradict anything you said.
