Your Morning Coffee (Cup)?

I have tried to drink coffee black and I just don’t enjoy it. This is the creamer I use. It makes my coffee delicious (to me).

Not to hijack, but what coffee beans do people use. I have been using various Arabica beans for quite some time, as they tend to be lower acid and less bitter... and I just like the taste. However, climate change has completely screwed up the South America coffee bean supply, and suddenly I'm finding all the Arabica coffees to be VERY bitter.

Anybody got good recos?

I take my coffee with a small amount of half-half, but, I don't mind drinking it black.
For me, depends on the quality of the coffee. Some I can only drink with lots of half n half or cream, but others I like with a light dash of hnh or just black. Waffle House coffee gets lots of creamer. My Ogawa coffee a slash or straight black.

Counter Culture. Hologram blend is my house coffee.
Intelligentsia.

This is me. At home I use Black and White Coffe Roasters Beans, typically the roasts with hints of chocolate, strawberry, cherry etc. I always drink it black. That is the only coffee shop I know of at the moment (Quamaria in Durham is an exception. I will go in there and get a Turkish coffee and drink it black) that I will drink black coffee from.
When I get coffee elsewhere I usually get a latte or something I don’t even bother with the coffee.

Dynamite Roasting is in Swannanoa. They were surrounded by devastation from Helene. It is my blend of choice these days and my wife’s absolute favorite.

My all-time favorite was the Hardback Cafe blend, now 30+ years gone - Brazilian Bourbon and Sumatra.

If I can get it a Huehuetenango Light Roast is a kick.

Sad to say the inscription on my cup is but a dream - today is dedicated to the sordid process of grades and grading.
