There is and has been only a single scandal that would sink Trump at this point and that is credible evidence (ie video) of Trump giving a blowjob to one or more dudes, particularly a non-white dude or two. He wouldn't lose all of his support, but enough to change the calculus. If it isn't that, don't get your hopes up. Heck at this point, if it came out that Trump was a 'top', I'm not sure it would have any impact.

If there's any truth to the rumor that the big "October Surprise" is a video of Trump groping a teenage (possibly underage) girl, then it will not move the needle at all with his base. A third of all Trumpers will admire him for groping/sexually assaulting teen girls at his age and fantasize about doing the same, a third will claim that the girl was leading him on and enjoyed it, and the remaining third will just say that God chooses "imperfect" men to do his bidding and that he's still on a holy crusade to save America. These people have lost all touch with reality, and decency.

These undecided voters on CNN are infuriating. This one lady says in one breath that she’s all up in the news with watching it on TV and listening to podcasts from NPR, CNN, and Fox. In the next breath she says she has no idea who people like John Kelly and Jim Mattis are and it all just sounds like high school gossip.

As much as I’m looking forward to the end of political commercials, what I really need to be done with are the panels of undecided voters.

These focus groups are now a total joke, imo. There have been several instances just this year of CNN or another network doing one of these panels of "undecided" voters, only to have it proven later (usually via their social media posts) that several of the panelists were in fact Trumpers. On CNN one woman actually said she had voted for Trump twice and was "leaning towards" voting for him again, but CNN had still put her on the panel as an "undecided." It's ridiculous, and I have little doubt that the great majority of people on these panels have already made up their minds and know who they're voting for. They are lying and claiming they're undecided because A) It gives them a chance to get on national television, and/or B) If they're a Trumper they can pretend to be undecided and then announce on television that they've made up their mind and Trump is now their guy.

That is hopelessly naive. 100% of all Trumpers will say it is a deep fake video and part of a desperate democratic smear campaign.

This sums up my feelings about “undecided” voters pretty well.

Maybe, but ask those around you about Roy Moore. A Dem won a Senate seat in AL in part because Roy Moore was diddling with young girls.

It also really, really neutralizes his "I'm your protector" argument. While that's not going to work on all that many women, it will work on some, especially older ones. But less so if the protector turns out to be a predator (which we know he is but this is better proof).
Trump isn’t Roy Moore. Trump has already survived a dozen political scandals that would have taken any other politician down. At this point I’m skeptical that anything he could do would make a difference.

Oh, they'll say that too, but at least in private they'll say the things I mentioned as well. I'm not naive at all - admiring Trump for groping women is how a good chunk of his base thinks, as well as blaming women for getting sexually harassed/assaulted and claiming that Trump is God's vessel and so it doesn't matter how un-Christlike he is. They've been saying all that crap since he was first elected in 2016.
