When Trump loses, Kamala calls him and says “if you stand down and accept defeat, you’ll get pardoned for any convictions. If you try to overthrow and stoke riots, you’ll die in prison.”

I could almost buy it for federal crimes because of the trouble it might ease. I don't know that she could or should for state crimes.

If Trump loses he will try to have Congress overturn it. That's his secret
The first step is going to be the local election boards that have election deniers on them. Can you certify Michigan +4 if a few rural counties won’t certify the local vote? Even though they’ll be big Trump leads I expect fuckery like this to hold up the overall state certification.

I’d only be ok with a federal pardon for Trump from Biden on one huge condition. If granted, he can’t give one interview or put anything on social media claiming anything was stolen. The first time he does, it’s off the table.

It says 1 in 8 women did this and 1 in 10 men did this. The 1 in 10 men doing it is important context as a comparison.

Most people’s relationships aren’t so shitty that they’re afraid to tell their partner who they voted for. And if people don’t tell their partner for whatever reason, it’s about equally likely to be men vs women. 12.5% of women hide their vote and 10% of men.
Good, we now agree that many wives feel it necessary to hide their votes from their husbands. Glad you saw the light.

What are your predictions that Trump will do if he loses the election?
After he's exhausted all legal challenges and still loses, he'll be like Hitler in the bunker saying that the German people (or in this case, Maga) stabbed him in the back and didn't do enough. He'll portray himself as betrayed by Maga, which I'm sure he'll really believe..

Was calling on an enthusiastic Dem when her friendly Pub neighbor walked over and made a cheerful joke about telling Pubs to vote on Tuesday and Dems to vote on Wed. Nothing malicious, just some friendly banter between neighbors. Infinitely more of that out there than the vitriolic hatred that gets all the press.
My next door neighbor has a Trump sign in his yard. I went to high school with him but didn't hang out with him at all back then, but he's a good neighbor. He's also gay, but of course I would never bring that up if we had a conversation about politics, which we never have. But the other day he was in his back yard and walked over to the fence and cheerfully said "When Harris wins, who's going to pay for my groceries?" I said "Dude, as much money as you make, you can buy mine and yours both." (I don't think he makes that much money, but he's doing fine.) We both laughed. I could actually see him voting for Biden, but his clientele is probably mostly Trump voters so he might've felt like he needed to put the sign up in his yard and, around them, pretend like he supports Trump. And he really might, I don't know, but at least our one interaction about the election was lighthearted...
