Every Democratic candidate is somehow more Marxist, more communist, more godless, hates America more, wants to murder babies later and later, wants to let more and more illegal immigrants into the country (but only the rapists, not the ones who do literally all of the grunt work jobs none of us want to do) than the ones before him or her.

"Like Trump, but more dangerous because he's smarter and more disciplined" is the route it seems people will go. At least based on the first couple plays of the playbook that were used on DeSantis.

That line would absolutely be used as it relates to JD Vance, if Vance is the nominee in 2028.
