State Rep. Monroe Nichols and County Commissioner Karen Keith squeaked out a narrow edge to face each other in November runoff for Tulsa mayor.

Technically mayor of Tulsa is a non-partisan position but the retiring mayor is GOP and in a tight jungle primary, two Democrats got the top two spots (edging out the third place conservative Christian candidate) and will face off in the general election.
