No, doofus.

This will be the last time I repeat/explain myself. I’m going to keep an open/questioning mind when something that seems super coincidental happens, like a commercial plane crashing for the first time in 16 years in the country and specifically crashes into a military helicopter that was leaving the US Pentagon.

This is a way more compelling story than just “plane slips off runway due to ice” or some other type of crash. The thing exploded in mid air after running into a military helicopter. That’s weird.
About such a mid-air collision, one wonders, “What happened?”

One doesn’t concoct a myriad of conspiracy theories.

Which is basically what I have been saying throughout the thread, dude. Give it a rest. You always try to make it about me. You have HY2012 Derangement Syndrome.

Dear God I'm not into HeelYeah's politics but he's not even saying anything remotely controversial. Many people on both sides of the political spectrum smell a rat here. Stop looking for blood and picking fights over nothing just because you don't like the poster.

No one tries to make anything about you.

We just had an unfortunate mid-air collision in an area with a lot of aircraft and constricted airspace.

Hopefully, we’ll do what we’ve done for decades. Decipher what happened and learn from it.

How did they not see each other??
If you get to the part of the video where the two planes are like 3-5 seconds away from running into each other, there is another plane on the right side of the screen that is taking off.

I’ve seen speculation on Twitter from a pilot that the situation went down something like this (combo of facts + his opinion):

Facts:
1. American Airlines flight 5432 (LANDING FLIGHT), a CRJ700 operated by PSA airlines, was inbound to runway 33 on whats called "short final", the last stage of landing, about 400 feet in altitude.
2. An Army Blackhawk training flight PAT25 (HELICOPTER) was flying perpendicular to the flight path of 5432 along the Potomac river. The Potomac is a designated helicopter flight path / flight corridor.
3. PAT25 was flying on Visual Flight Rules (VFR); flight 4532 on Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). This means that flight 5432 had priority and the helicopter should have been constantly looking out visually for other aircraft.
4. Moments before the crash, the DCA tower called to PAT25 and asked them to confirm they had the "[other] aircraft in sight".
5. PAT25 replied that they had the aircraft in sight.

Opinion:
PAT25 actually had another aircraft, the DEPARTING FLIGHT, in sight, and did not realize the LANDING FLIGHT was descending directly into its flight path.

Seems imprudent for POTUS to post this now but, well, your know …
Yeah, I know.

The same soon-to-be president who claimed the New Orleans terrorist had crossed over from Mexico as a result of our lax border policy. Shoot first, ask questions later.
