Charlie Kirk shot and killed at Utah rally.

you know what I meant.
I'm asking you this with full sincerity, no snark, and no agenda whatsoever other than being genuinely curious as to your belief. Do you really, truly believe that the liberal or left-leaning members of this board community collectively- or even any single, individual members, for that matter- are actually happy that Charlie Kirk was murdered?

So you rebut my comment completely ignoring 13 other arrests, including a felony. LOL. The judge made him write a letter of promise for fuck's sake. And you likely think everything was handled appropriately I bet. Soft on crime is the badge the left wears proudly. How about a little more accountability than writing a letter promising something for 14 arrests and a diagnosed schizophrenic? You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see how that could go horrible wrong. You can also follow the DEI trail of those involved to see that it was predictable.
You mean the Republican judge that handled those cases? Why is the right so soft on crime?

I was speaking about the collective board.
You were replying directly to me amid a spewing of bile that was inclusive of every person on the left according to you. You said "physician, heal thyself".

You need to own your own commentary and just how inflammatory and reactionary you are if you want others to do the same.

he will not own a damn thing.

rules for thee, not for me. the right's motto.

Nothing like an FBI director just jumping out to yell "FIRST" on a crime his agency is investigating, then getting as close as he is personally capable of saying "my bad..."
Questions I have about the director of the FBI

1. Does he know the difference between subject, suspect, and person of interest?
2. Does he know someone is innocent till proven guilty. his first tweet sure seems to imply he does not.
3. Does he not understand what putting his thumb on the scale of justice can do in a trial setting to prejudice a jury?

Good ole Fact Free

Great example of why trump was elected twice right here. The 95% republican party that isn't radical is simply tired of the left's intolerance of anything short of full leftist compliance and being labeled as you see above for simple opposing views.

What is there to say? This is a topic that the left is woefully ignorant about. You want to shut a liberal up regarding gun control? Just ask them what solutions they have that have a chance to realistically pass given our country's culture and the constitution. All they can do is start spewing bullshit about "if, if, if ,if ,if...." Absolutely no basis in reality. Then add in their lack of emotional maturity, 8th grade logic and their PC paralysis and the discussion comes to a screeching halt. Nothing to do but watch the hamsters run on the wheel in complete chaos.
Racism, bigotry, Christian nationalism and fascism isn't just a different view when you actively try to take away rights for people and treat them differently just because they are not a straight white Christian. But tell yourself whatever you want to justify your party doing all that, and it's not just the fringe right doing it.

An arrest is not a conviction, and he served the maximum for the felony. Disregarding and misrepresenting facts is a badge the right wears proudly
I didn't misrepresent anything. He was mentally ill, had a history of violence, and was arrested 14 times. He shouldn't have been on the street. Only officials put in place by DEI can't see that and of course their plan is to make him write a letter. There is no defending this and you only look like a fool for trying. These are the people you elect: "In September 2025, Representative Jasmine Crockett drew widespread criticism after stating in a podcast that law enforcement's role is to solve crimes, not necessarily to prevent them." I love her though because its those idiots that keep your party down.

It would be ironic, tragically and a little bit comically ironic, if Patel fucks up the investigation and leads to an acquittal or a dismissal with prejudice.

You and fever are two peas in a pod.

Why did a Republican DA let this guy go free? Did he mistakenly think that he was a 1/6 insurrectionist?

I own everything I post. If you or someone misinterprets or questions it then ask for clarification. If not that's on you. My point that this board, fueled by MANY of its most active posters is the very definition of sewing hatred. Do you call them out for their role in that?

I've been thinking about this for the last couple of hours. It's hard for me to square how I'm feeling about it all. Obviously, I loathe and condemn any and all violence or killing in all forms, political or apolitical. And I absolutely detest any human being who extinguishes the life of another with hatred, malice, or intent.

That said, I find myself not really feeling sorry for Charlie himself, aside from feeling sad for him that he'll never hug his wife or kiss his children ever again. As a husband and father of two very young children in my mid-30's, that is the part that tugs my heartstrings the most. But I don't really feel sorry for Charlie, because I believe that his use of his enormous visibility to platform hatred and sow division, for profit, for has caused harm to a lot of people in our country. Does that mean he deserved to die for his views and beliefs? Absolutely, positively, unequivocally NOT. I hate that he's dead, and I hate even more the reason that he's dead. But it's hard to feel sorry for someone who proudly boasted that people dying as a result of gun violence is a necessary sacrifice for the Second Amendment. I'm a gun owner and a believer in the right to own guns, and I find his notion that human lives are necessary sacrifices for other humans to be able to own firearms.

I do feel deep, heartfelt sadness and sympathy for his wife, his children, and his parents. None of them should have to bury a 31-year-old husband, father, and son because of (probable) politically-motivated violence. I feel sadness for all of them and sincerely pray that they find some semblance of peace, comfort, and strength in the hours and days ahead. I hope they have all of the support and help they need.

It's so disheartening and dismaying that we live in a society today where children being massacred in their classrooms, politicians being massacred in their homes, and political commentators being murdered at speaking events has become so commonplace, so *NOT* unusual, and so frequent, that so many people's immediate reaction is to figure out how to best utilize the senseless loss of other human lives to score political points.

Where was this shooter in PA?

(kidding. too soon?)
People like this are who give the green light to lunatics, and this is the result. When you call someone a Nazi, and you say they are an eminent threat to democracy, and you label their supporters the enemy of this country, and you continually beat the drums of war against your fellow Americans, you can cause irrational people to conclude that the only thing that can be done is to eliminate the perceived threat.

But by doing so, you have to accept that the same green light will be given to the lunatics who oppose you. It is just the opposite side of the same coin.

So here we are, expected to believe that white supremacy is the number one threat to this country while we watched the Left kill two dozen people on their way to causing billions of dollars in damage during the BLM riots while being defended by the Democrat party and the liberal media. We watch ANTIFA wreak destruction and take over parts of liberal cities. We see Tesla dealerships firebombed. We see two attempts on Trump's life, we see Steve Scalise shot on the ballfield, and today we see Charlie Kirk killed. Give me examples of the far right's equivalent transgressions. You can't.

We'll see the difference between the right and the left play out right now. The left used the murder of a career criminal (George Floyd) to themselves commit murder, destroy, loot and pillage communities over and over again. The right just witnessed the murder of one of their most influential supporters who by all accounts was a good Christian father and husband. Someone who had a bright future in the conservative movement and watch how they handle it.

What I can assure you is they will not mirror the radical left and end up walking down the street with a tv, a gallon of bleach, and a bag of Fritos-Lay after having burned down the local Dollar General. And that's the difference.

Now, you tell me who the real number 1 threat to this country is.
