State laying an egg at Notre Dame today leaves them unfree fall having lost 4 of their last five conference games (ahem) opens up a pathway for UNC to get an ACCT double-bye as the 4-seed.

Heels have to hold serve at home against Va Tech tonight and Clemson after that, but even if you concede a loss in Durham to end the regular season, Heels suddenly have opportunity in their own control.
