A quick Google search says $400k increase, but you’re correct he did get an increase. Thanks for the extra info.

But it was also part of his contract for winning the ACCT/making the F4 and given automatically.

The truth is that Stare was ready to fire him last year before the miracle run and pretty much had to bring him back once it occurred. The run got him a bit more time, but their terrible performance this year made it just one season.

This article from directly after State won the ACCT last year says that the 2-year extension and a $400k annual raise was in his contract for winning the ACCT.

So maybe they threw in a discretionary $100k additional raise for also making the F4?

For the few Heel posters on this board, fun game last night. Y'all were tough and competitive and really made me nervous in the second half.
 
As much as it sucks to lose to dook, at least we get to look forward to another lolstate coaching search.

Yeah I was just normal mad. You guys are stacked and it would take a perfect game for UNC to beat you. Hope we figure out whatever we need to figure out to be Top 5 again.
