LOL. They are one of the best compared to the competition this season but they are among the bottom 20% of Duke teams since 1997.
Even disregarding the larger point (teams can only really be measured against their competition in a given season) I can't agree with that. Leaving aside the ones you can argue, they are definitely the best Duke team since 2019. Definitely better than 2016 and 2017. Definitely better than 2014. Definitely better than 2012 (fuck Austin Rivers). Definitely better than 2009 and 2007. I won't necessarily argue if you want to say all of the 1998-2006 teams are better; it was a different age in college bball. But that still puts them fairly close to the median even before we get to arguing them versus a lot of other post-2006 teams.

Definitely a good team. Would be a goddamn shame if they blue flamed out.

Oklahoma-Georgia was pretty good last night. Back and forth most of the game. UGA up 6 with 8:00 mins and then give up 16-0

Could've used a UGA win but I think OKLA was probably in regardless. Win puts them at 20-12 and 7-12 in SEC play

Both teams seemed about the same caliber as UNC. OKLA reminds me of them with the 3 guard lineups and UGA's 1-2 of Newell/Demary Jr is tough

If dook were smart Flagg would be done for this weekend if it is just a sprain. They could even rest him in their first round game next week.

Brown out until the final 4, you would think

Assume Flagg would sit til the 2nd NCAAT game if it's a sprain

I don't think we have a choice. That would be best case scenario

Losing brown again is a killer too

Flagg back on the bench with both shoes on, no boot and he no ice. Said he is out for the rest of this game.

Turns out you don't need 3 lotto picks to handle GT

Not sure the UNC fanbase is prepared for a loss to a flag-less duke
