7 points, 73% likelihood of victory against Clemson.

Same for Illinois.

And other than Wake (12 points, 87% likelihood) and us in CH (9 points, 78%), dook is 90+% likely to win every game on their schedule.

Duke is really good. And should be favored. Nobody is arguing otherwise. (I had my doubts if Duke was going to be as good as most thought and so far they've answered the bell) But you said Clemson isn't good. Obviously the phrase "isn't good" is subjective... but right now I'd say Clemson is a good club and solidly in the NCAA Tournament.
 
I put Dawson Garcia in the Alex Stephenson camp of “players who transferred out of the UNC program for personal reasons, but remain honorary Heels who don’t deserve any ill-will from the fanbase.”

Capel and his team of Pitt thugs following FSU players into the FSU locker room. Idiots.
I'm sure Leonard will straighten out his players (the dunker and passer too) for the late, unnecessary dunk.
But who will straighten out Capel for being a punk ass head coach at Pitt?
Capel's only claim to fame was that half court shot - in a loss, mind you - vs UNC.
And his brother Jason (of UNC, also now at Pitt) has infamously shown nothing but disdain for his Alma mater since he was coaching at ASU in Boone. (A failed attempt I might add). And now the two of them provide nothing but embarrassment to their schools, past and present.

Clemson has 2 good wins. Similar tier as UNC who I also wouldn't call good (despite maybe trending like it)

They're basically Chase Hunter playing at a high level, next to average shooting, and some size. Almost no bench to speak of

I thought last year's Clemson team was fairly good and balanced overall. Don't think this year's team is that
 
I don't know if any of you happen to be watching BYU & Utah on ESPN+, but both teams are wearing their main color uniforms so it's blue vs red.

Pretty cool to watch.
 
SEC: More $$$ = better quality coaches = NIL power = more wins = more interest from the football oriented fanbase = better facilities = 9 SEC teams in top 25 and total dominance over ACC in the Challenge.

UNC needs to join the P2 party.

Part of this is simply a one-year extreme, but it's clear that the SEC has been putting their extra football money into basketball and it has paid off handsomely.

Some of that comes from the fact that they're willing to hire talented but morally-challenged coaches that better institutions are leery of taking on, but they have certainly done a great job conference-wide of elevating basketball expectations.

I agree. I doubt anyone is going to confuse SEC athletic departments with allowing morals, ethics and integrity to interfere with their hiring practices. And the proof is in the pudding Re: basketball outcomes and expectations lately. The Conference saw Cal and UK and said: “why not us?”

Our country has set the example for hiring morally-challenged presidents, at least the coaches are talented....

Virginia Tech didn't make the list and also has 4 of their top 5 from last year at other schools, Sean Pedulla starting for ole miss, Lynn Kidd at Miami, and Nickel and MJ Collins at Vandy. ETA: Rodney Rice at Maryland.

Auburn is 11-1 in Q1 games losing the toughest Q1 game possible @ Duke. Just incredible

No fan of Pearl or that program whatsoever but will be pulling hard for them in March as long as Duke's alive

They've won some tough, one possession games. Home and away. They did stump their toe in derm, yes.

Carolina OTOH, has lost 4 one possession games. Just can't get over the hump. Some days you eat the bear, some days the bear eats you.

My best gues-stimation is Aubie beats dookies (instead of UNC) in Maui - had they played that game there and then.

My other gues-stimation is if (big IF) Aubie plays d000kie in NCAAT, Tigers win. Probably a FF match. And Charles and Kenny are finally on the same page... both dancing in the aisle of the studio. Mark it. You heard it here first.
