I bet that kid had seen his parents drive a car dozens of times. If his parents could handle it, then I'm sure he believed that it couldn't be that tough. But as this was in Union County, I pretty sure the kid's enthusiasm for education is not going to be a mitigating factor.

No, he actually doesn't have to comply with the law at all, which currently has an exemption for late-night TV programs.

Also I don't even know how "fair time" works in the context of a primary election. Technically his "opponent" right now would be Jasmine Crockett, not a Republican.

I will never understand the urge to go to places like Iran, North Korea, etc.

Yeah, this seems like a “go around” situation even though that means you have to fly or take a boat for that stretch of your round the world cycling adventure.
