Nah. Why the hell would Trump care about Colbert? If there's any late night host he hates, it's Kimmel. The late night market is pretty bad. Trump killed it. Now the jokes are mostly just depressing.CBS Paramount caving in some more. Bending over and adding lube
“The announcement came two days after Colbert spoke out against Paramount Global, parent company of his network CBS, settling with President Donald Trump over a “60 Minutes” story.Nah. i’m from burke county…that’s morganton (and Valdese)I’m usually pretty good with counties in NC but I can never keep it straight with Morganton, Lenoir, and Marion and which one is in McDowell, Burke, or Caldwell county. All those foothills counties just run together in my brain.
So tacky.
Unlikely since Paramount Global (soon Skydance) owns both CBS and Comedy Central. If the decision is political, it is unlikely a Trump ally would want Colbert on Comedy Central.Wouldn't mind him back on the Daily Show

Marion is Mcdowell

“Sir, this lacks decency,” said Senator Cory Booker, a New Jersey Democrat, his voice raised and visibly agitated. “It lacks decorum. It shows that you do not want to simply hear from your colleagues. This is absolutely wrong!”
Mr. Grassley ignored him and plowed on. In a voice vote, committee Republicans voted to confirm Mr. Bove, 44, to a lifetime appointment on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which encompasses Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. …”
