There absolutely were videos that were deceptively edited to make Biden look worse than he was. The issue is, those videos would have 0 merit if we all didn’t know Biden was old and had lost a step.

Biden’s team covered up for his mental state, that we can say for sure based on the WSJ reporting. It’s much more of a stretch to say the media covered it up. Especially when Biden’s team actively shielded him from the media, and the media pretty uniformly came out against Biden after the first debate.

I'll get something straight with you now. I have no problem saying musk lied or a lie that he might tell in the future. That isn't what I said in my post. I'm not under any illusion that musk or ramaswammy will fully transparent on everything they say. That doesn't mean this bill was good in any way and from what I've read it was a good thing that it got killed. The g'ment will continue and the hurricane sufferers will get funding. A 1500 page bill full of crap that mike johnson was in favor of for vagina reasons got derailed. Good. A win for America.

Because it was a bipartisan bill that both Dems and Pubs had worked on to keep the government open and avoid fiscal turmoil. I thought you liked bipartisanship. Or is that just when Dems are calling all the shots?

Don't know anything about the bill but, on general principles, when a person of influence resorts to outright lies instead of challenges on merit to oppose something, I get suspicious. It's not like the president's boss isn't going to get his side heard.
