Just curious who you might appreciate or respect enough to call a favorite . . ?

I am a big fan of Maddow, but, she's only on once a week these days. I regularly tune in to Ari Melber's 6 PM broadcast and will also hardly ever miss Lawrence O'Donnell's 10 o'clock show . .

Your thoughts . . ?
hands down... no question... Jake Tapper.

Don't watch enough to really rate. Only two I regularly watch are Maddow and Velshi.

Maddow
Chris Hayes
Nicolle Wallace

I also have a weird crush on Jen Psaki
Same, even with Rachel only being on one day a week 🎉 That said, Alex Wagner has done well filling in that 9:00 p.m. time slot. I also watch Morning Joe regularly, especially after Trump was elected because I identify with Joe - a lifelong conservative who hates Trump's guts and wants nothing to do with what passes as a conservative or a Republican these days.

I also like Ali Velshi and Ayman Mohyeldin whenever they fill in, or if I happen to have MSNBC on during the weekend. Ali Velshi caught my attention when he said, long ago, "I actually am a Muslim from Kenya, and I don't remember Barack ever being at any of the meetings." 😂

(I will also put MSNBC on during the weekend late at night if I can't sleep, because they run Dateline all night long and all I can hear when Keith Morrison is narrating one of the stories is Bill Hader's impression of him and it cracks me up 😂)

Honestly I don't watch any cable news anymore on a regular basis. I do watch CNN or MSNBC (usually MSNBC) for election night coverage, and if there is a major news event, like a natural disaster or mass shooting, I'll sometimes watch the live coverage as it happens on cable. But other than that I just don't watch cable news very often anymore.

If only she would completely retire from NBC/MSNBC.

I can't honestly say I haven't been in the room when a cable news show was on but I've never turned one on.
