The problem with the MAGA cult is that it's a cult, and they'll do any sort of mental gymnastics necessary to protect and defend their Dear Leader.
Yep, the MAGA fever won't break as long as their Godking continues to attack and punish immigrants, liberals, the trans community, and any other groups that they hate. It's the lolstate mentality of hating others (Carolina) more than liking themselves.

During the Supreme Court litigation, the Justice Department had given repeated assurances that if the tariffs were struck down, the money would be returned. That's why the government was allowed to keep collecting the tariffs for months after a lower court ruled them to be illegal last May.

"They said, 'There is no harm, because we can always refund the money.' And they even included 'with interest,'" says Sara Albrecht, who heads the Liberty Justice Center that took the tariff case to the Supreme Court. "To me it's pretty clear that they don't have a lot of room to argue that they can't pay refunds."

Private Credit is facing a very serious inflection point …
Private Credit is sounding like mortgage securities in 2007-2009.

From what I understand, banks have been loaning to/investing in Private Credit.

Will this be another occasion of “too big to fail?”
