I’m thinking it’s to decide which Republicans/conservatives to not redact from any documents…..who can they throw to the wolves without suffering blowback.

Also, how few GOPers per 10 Democrats?

I agree. She seems a poor candidate to make a valid judgment on such matters for innumerable reasons.

But Team Trump doesn’t care. They just need to give MAGA a basis to believe their leader was in close contact with two convicted pedophiles for years and didn’t notice anything u toward or do anything untoward BUT everyone else associated with those pedophiles did. Many right wing media are preparing their followers to view Maxwell herself as a victim rather than a villain, in case for some reason Trump finds it necessary to commute her sentence or pardon her.

I don’t think it matters to the Trump Team what anyone else thinks so long as the MAGA base is on board. The GOP writ large probably feels the need to make this a Democrat/RINO only scandal, though, and based on Comer’s witness list will try to turn it into being about the DEEP STATE …

I don't think MAGA will give a flying f*** about what Maxwell has to say. They want the Epstein documentary evidence released.

Least surprising news ever. This is precisely why Trump 2.0 wanted to talk to her and no doubt privately has offered all sorts of deals. And their masterful propaganda news outlets - of which there are now a great many - will trumpet this for days 24/7, claim that Dear Leader has been completely cleared, and they will just move on to their next outrage du jour attacking liberals over something like Sydney Sweeney modeling jeans. And their base will buy it hook, line, and sinker. Any liberals or media outlets that keep trying to bring it up will be ridiculed by right-wing media and the WH will just point to Maxwell's statement that she didn't see Dear Leader doing anything "concerning."
