You maintain, without evidence, that Trump is a pedo.

I maintain that this lacks any level of common sense as Dems would have released said information when they were in power in a NY minute since I believe we can all acknowledge that child molestation is a different level of a crime.

If there's concrete evidence, I'll ask that Trump step down and let JD run the show.

Because there is unlikely to be anything that meets the criminal level of 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. Responsible prosecutors understand this and don't go to court unless they have that level of proof.

Forget the DOJ filing a case, SOMEONE would have leaked it to Maggie Haberman if there was a there there.

There's PLENTY of evidence. It is circumstantial, but it is everywhere. It likely isn't criminally actionable, so unlike Bondi and her fellow clowns, Biden's DOJ didn't pursue it. Pretty sad I have to explain this to a 'lawyer'.

You are carrying water for one of the worst people in the world. This is a conscious choice. You can stop anytime you chose.

Not having enough to bring a charges doesn't mean the files can't be released.

I agree with this. It's the only scenario that makes sense. Biden Admin would have released the fire. Trump wouldn't be fighting so hard to prevent the release if there wasn't any smoke.

I thought it was in large part because the Maxwell appeals were still ongoing and the case itself was also still open. This year Maxwell’s final appeal to SCOTUS was not taken up and the Trump DOJ closed the case.

There's likely a lot of circumstantial evidence about a lot of people, including innocent people, in the Report. You don't convict people of child molestation on the circumstantial evidence or innuendo we've heard about Trump in this case. I think even you would admit that there's going to have to be some direct evidence to move the needle in this case, not more birthday cards.
