Just trying to understand your thinking here. Giuffre said Donald Trump did not sexually assault her and you accept that as the inviolable truth. Carroll said Trump DID sexually assault her and you reject that as a lie. And the other 23 women listed in Tangled's post say Trump sexually assaulted them as well, but you have no "information or knowledge," and therefore "have no reason to comment one way or another."

Seriously, does it ever cross your mind that you draw every conclusion in a way that favors Donald Trump, no matter how inconsistent or illogical that is?
I've read enough about Carroll and viewed her interviews to render a judgment on her credibility especially since her whole allegation and complaint was hatched by George Conway at a Manhattan soiree.

Similarly, I've read enough about Virginia G. and viewed her interviews to make a determination that she is credible. This is confirmed by the fact that she reached a sizable settlement with Prince Andrew so her testimony was vetted by powerful counsels of the Royal Family.

I honestly am not familiar with the other 23 women's accounts but a lot of them strike me as true given Trump's past of groping women.

You all are constantly moving the goal posts. The strong assertion in this thread is that Trump is a confirmed pedo. That's false in that there has been no underage girl who has claimed he had improper contact with them.

No question Trump was a gross groper of women - not defending. The only one I would strongly take issue with is the nutjob E. Jean Carroll.
For the record I have never said in these forums that Trump is a pedo. I just happened to be one who believes that we know enough about Trump (Epstein stuff included) to make me know I’d never vote for a man like that.

“… Maxwell was allegedly taken to the prison’s exercise room after hours so she could work out alone, and “allowed to enjoy recreation time in staff-only areas,” wrote Raskin. An inmate who trains service dogs was reportedly instructed to give her special access to a puppy. Raskin claimed that a top official at the prison said that he is “sick of having to be Maxwell’s bitch.”

Some of the details in Raskin’s letter were confirmed on Thursday by CNN, which added one more. Whereas other inmates carefully conserve their toilet paper because they’re given only two rolls a week, CNN reported, Maxwell “is given as much toilet paper as she needs. All she has to do is ask.”

What’s shocking here is not that Maxwell is being treated decently — all prisoners should be — but that she’s being treated so much better than everyone else. The relative pampering she’s enjoying seems particularly significant given newly released emails between her and Epstein suggesting she’s harboring some sort of secret about Trump.

… One of a handful of House Republicans to sign onto the petition was Lauren Boebert, usually a MAGA loyalist. On Wednesday, CNN reportedthat she’d been summoned to the Situation Room to meet with Blanche, Attorney General Pam Bondi and the F.B.I. director, Kash Patel, to discuss the files. Boebert, who didn’t reverse her stance, denied that they’d tried to pressure her. But it’s extraordinary to have the leading law enforcement officials in the nation seemingly working to stop the vote, especially since even if the measure gets to Trump’s desk, he can just veto it.…”

I find it extraordinary who was there and also bizarre that they had this meeting in the Situation Room.

they were afraid Boebert would record it.

I didn't vote for Clinton. Hell, I was a Republican in the 1990's, in part because I was under some misguided notion that Republicans were a party who valued morals. Clearly I was incorrect, but when Trump came on the scene I lived my values and voted for the Democrat every time instead of making excuses for terrible behavior while still pretending to be an ethical Christian.

This mindset is just baffling to me. "Sure, I agree he sexually assaulted dozens of women, but I haven't seen a video of him fucking a minor, so I'm still good with him being the primary representative of this nation, and the most powerful person in the world!!!"

For anyone curious, here's a ton more deep background on Dr. Melanie Walker, including these tibits:
  • Walker met Epstein in 1992 while she was traveling in New York City; Epstein approached her alongside Donald Trump at the Plaza Hotel
  • Last year, it was reported that Walker enjoyed a close friendship with Prince Andrew. The prince allegedly got so close to Walker that she attended the Queen's 'Dance of the Decades' party at Windsor Castle in 2000, according to The Sun. The party was held to mark four royal birthdays, including Andrew's 40th.

A more suspicious mind than mine might be busting out the corkboard and red ribbons right about now. Thank goodness I don't have suspicious mind.
One other interesting detail re: Walker... apparently the story is that she didn't meet Prince Andrew through Epstein. In the kind of coincidence that beggars the imagination, she was apparently gifted tickets to a Broadway show by a friend and randomly ended up sitting next to Prince Andrew and they hit it off immediately.

"Around the same time, she and Prince Andrew became close friends. But not through Epstein, at least according to a source with knowledge. The story goes, according to that source, that Walker received a spare ticket to a Broadway show from a different friend and sat next to Prince Andrew."

Reminds me of a quote, "Coincidence is the word we use when we can't see the levers and pulleys" -Emma Bull

It's more like, "I'll state for the record that I'll condemn Trump if any evidence proves his guilt so it appears that I'm judging the situation in good faith, but ha ha, I'll never actually accept any objective evidence or explanation."

And if there was a video of him with a minor… can you actually hear her saying no or stop?
