Maybe, but I don't think so. Repeatedly, Conservatives have shown utter contempt for the routine basics of competance. Lots to fear about the Conservative Agenda, but attention to details and fine print is not on the list. Conservatives seem to believe that sort of "grunt work" is beneath them.
