Sounds about right.

At this point, my main goal is that he not send thousands of Americans to fight in some war that ultimately has to do with his ego. If we can avoid that, I'll consider his 2nd presidency a victory.
What about cutting Medicaid and/or food stamps to poor Americans?

The largest police union in the US, which endorsed Donald Trump during his campaign, said Trump’s decision to pardon more than 1,500 people convicted over the January 6 insurrection “sends a dangerous message”, in a statement on Tuesday.
Yes and duh. Clearly one of the first FAFO moments. I'm sure there are plenty more to come.

Second behind those who assumed a Trump presidency would result in lower mortgage rates.
And this isn’t a case (like food costs) of Trump not having any power to lower costs. Trump’s rhetoric is the cause of the rising mortgage interest rates.
All he had to do is nothing at all and rates would be lower today than at any point last year, and they would continue to lower this year as the Fed cut rates.

How many Constitutional Rights did he take away the first time?

I'll tell you.

ZERO.
Same as the number he will take this term.

But keep jousting at windmills.

I'm just curious, but one of his executive orders was to remove birthright citizenship, which is a Constitutional Right. Of course it will surely face legal challenges, and likely not hold up, but isn't this an example, on Day 1? He's literally trying to take away a Constitutional Right. Or this just "doesn't count" because he just attempted to do so, and won't be successful, and it'll be like, "oh well, no big deal"?

I think setting the bar at taking away Constitutional Rights is also pretty humorous.

And what about abortion rights? Roe held there was a constitutional right to abortion. Trump campaigned on nominating justices that would overturn Roe, and he's not been shy about taking credit for it being overturned. That's a constitutional right that has gone away.

Of all of the faces I will enjoy to watch being gobbled up by those cats, the police are #1
