You guys ran one story about due process that's it. If you're here illegally the due process isn't much. You're fighting a losing battle. Come illegally and you'll be deported. Again, when dems and judges are giving advice on how to avoid ICE, tells me all I need to know. You guys dont have a deportation process, you're trying to keep them here and are hindering federal law. Majority of Americans want deportations, majority of Americans don't want ms13 members here. You're arguing points in your own fantasy land. There's a reason the dem party favorable rating is at an all time low. You don't have plans, just obstruction.

That's not how it works. Remember "innocent until proven guilty". That applies to everyone here ,not just citizens.

Take Trump, for example. He's been proven guilty. Most of these people aren't getting due process and we don't know if they are guilty or not.

I did some research. The only state that really focuses on homicide by immigrants is Texas. (Go figure). They've found that immigrants have a lower homicide rate than American citizens. Try finding something that isn't total propaganda to refute that.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s push to “Make America Healthy Again” is making some North Dakota farmers queasy.

Kennedy’s MAHA movement shuns highly processed foods and dyes. But it also includes an attack on oils made from seeds such as sunflowers and canola, with North Dakota being a leading producer of those specialty crops. These oils are among what has become known as the “Hateful Eight,” oils from canola, corn, cottonseed, grapeseed, soy, rice bran, sunflower and safflower targeted by the MAHA movement.

During a roundtable discussion last week in Fargo with Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, representatives of crops such as sunflowers, canola, soybeans and lentils said the MAHA movement is troubling for their members.

Even as President Trump vows to reinvigorate America's coal industry, critics say his administration has stripped away key health protections for miners.

For John Robinson, a retired coal miner who spent his career in the Virginia mines helping to power America into the 21st century, not a moment passes that he isn't feeling the full effects of his black lung diagnosis.

With the support of a burdensome oxygen machine, Robinson joined a handful of other retired Central Appalachian miners to sit down with ABC News' Jay O'Brien in the heart of coal country.

"You are suffocating. You are suffocating. And that's what's going to kill you," Robinson told O'Brien. "I got a wife and two kids and two grandbabies, you know, and I want to live."

"So, what is going to happen now to the average coal miner if this work isn't being done?" O'Brien asked Dr. Scott Laney, a veteran NIOSH epidemiologist who was placed on administrative leave.

"It's going to lead to premature mortality and death in these miners," Laney said. "There's just no getting around it."


A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said in a statement to ABC News that "the Trump Administration is committed to taking care of coal miners, who play a vital role in supporting America's energy," and that a black lung surveillance program previously run by NIOSH would be folded into a new bureau called the Administration for a Healthy America.

But the spokesperson did not say when the program's work would fully resume or how the work would continue without any of the experienced employees who have been laid off.

In deep red coal country, several of the miners who met with ABC News have faith that Trump will reinstate protections for coal miners.

"If they'll give Trump time and let him work out his -- he's got a plan," Robinson told O'Brien. "I mean, he knows what he's doing. He's a smart man."

"What if he doesn't?" O'Brien asked.

"I feel sorry for the miners," Robinson replied.

There's a reason our justice system works, you might want to understand the process.

You'll appreciate due process when they start supporting citizens. Well maybe, maybe your a Russian citizen.

You struggle with comprehension don't you?

You missed the part where we all agreed that if a person is griven due process and then deported, WE SUPPORT THAT.

It's your methodology that we are against because it circumvents our justice system and our immigration processes.

It's clear you don't understand and refuse to take the time to understand the importance of due process in our legal system. Just hope you're never facing trial.

You are still a sad human for wanting others to be punished without proof of a crime. You must have no self worth if this is the only way that you can find value in your life.
