The top U.S. diplomat in Denmark has been summoned after a report that people connected to Trump have been carrying out covert influence operations in Greenland.

Denmark’s foreign minister summoned the top U.S. diplomat in the country for talks after the main national broadcaster reported Wednesday that at least three people with connections to President Donald Trump have been carrying out covert influence operations in Greenland.

In a lengthy written statement, the U.S. State Department confirmed that the deputy chief of mission in Copenhagen, Mark Stroh, had met with Danish foreign ministry officials. It declined to comment “on the actions of private U.S. citizens in Greenland.”

“The U.S. government does not control or direct the actions of private citizens,” it said….”

 
WOW! Who could St. Doanld of Mar-a-Lago appoint that would have the requisite personal and professional experience to really, REALLY, understand and relate to what life in Greenland is like? The former Governor of LOUISIANA! Have you even been to Louisiana? The whole place is GREEN! What a brilliant move!
 
I once met a random nice man-step father of a friend of mine in like 1974. Tons of money-gave 50,000 or some such to whatever dumfck Republican was running for President He was some sort of mnor businees guy that married a gazzilionaire. He was offered a minor Ambassadorship. He laughed about how dumb it was he was offered that post

In terms of minor Ambassadorships, I don't think that's terribly uncommon. They are largely ceremonial positions because there's almost no real work to be done there and, if there is, State Department or other experts will step in.
 
We laugh now. But has anything that has transpired since the Great American Embarrassment 2.0 began in January led you to believe anyone will stop our Buffoon-in-Chief from doing so?

Id give Texas. Solve a lot of problems.

1. They can try cheap universal healthcare. If it works no excuses.

2. Immigration resolved. It's free uh cheap Healthcare!

3. And most enjoyable ICE gets to go after white folks crossing the border trying to escape so called socialism.

Then we take over Denmark. Cue Dr. Evil....
