We laugh now. But has anything that has transpired since the Great American Embarrassment 2.0 began in January led you to believe anyone will stop our Buffoon-in-Chief from doing so?
Anyone in this country? Maybe not. But Denmark is not backing down and has no incentive to. And I really doubt Trump can find any real support, even in his MAGfied administration, to actually start a war of conquest with a country full of white people.

So we have taken actions against the country with the largest oil reserves and the territory with the largest reserves of untapped rare earth minerals?

Gosh I wonder why.

Trump Threatens Venezuela’s New Leader With a Fate Worse Than Maduro’s

The president told The Atlantic that Delcy Rodríguez needs to comply with U.S. wishes—or else.

“… During our call, Trump, who had just arrived at his golf club in West Palm Beach, was in evident good spirits, and reaffirmed to me that Venezuela may not be the last country subject to American intervention.

“We do need Greenland, absolutely,” he said, describing the island—a part of Denmark, a NATO ally—as “surrounded by Russian and Chinese ships.”

And in discussing Venezuela’sfuture, he signaled a clear shift away from his previous distaste for regime change and nation building, rejecting the concerns of many in his MAGA base. “You know, rebuilding there and regime change, anything you want to call it, is better than what you have right now. Can’t get any worse,” he said.

The severe tone he took with Rodríguez contrasted with the praise he had offered her yesterday, hours after U.S.-military forces attacked Caracas and captured Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, for criminal prosecution. Trump said in a news conference after the attack that Rodríguez had privately indicated a willingness to work with the United States, which Trump declared would temporarily “run” her country.

“She’s essentially willing to do what we think is necessary to make Venezuela great again,” he said yesterday.…”

We're literally behaving like international gangsters - outlaws - at this point. I hate to tell the Danish PM this, but the fact that the USA has no legal basis (and we don't) to take over Greenland doesn't matter to Trump or others in this administration one iota. Trump is a convicted felon, and many others - like Pete Hegseth - have been credibly accused of serious crimes, so they don't give a shit about what the law says, domestically or internationally. We've basically got a bunch of mafia thugs running our foreign policy - "here, we're going to give you an offer/threat you can't refuse!"

Anyone who doubts Trump is a rapist should think long and hard about what is happening here.

He clearly gets off on making women do his bidding against their will. Delcy Rodriguez is not the first nor the last. Just as Susie Wiles said that Trump is an alcoholic personality; he also has a rapist personality.

That's why she stated that Denmark is covered by the NATO security blanket. She immediately pivoted to the idea that Denmark and the US are friends, but it was definitely a threat of reprisal.
