IC going to On3

I’m sure the Paramount sale and the uncertainty about the future of their parent company didn’t help things.

Ever since this page opened I've been coming here a lot more versus going to IC - and I think my life will just be a lot easier if I stop trying to follow all the player movement and just enjoy once the games actually start - I'll still probably go read the free woman's basketball board there along with the UNC Olympic sports board and the baseball board and I can get enough info on UNC football and Men's basketball here

As long as someone occasionally will DM me the first page of the Macbook, then i agree.
 
I'll wait and watch. I'm a bit annoyed about the likely loss of Paramount+, but there's plenty of other content out there I'm paying for and not using that can replace it. I do hope this does not impact the quality of the content and reporting on basketball. I do think the premium content was a cut above what you typically get from sports journalism. I've always assumed it was true for football as well, but I've never had the same obsession for football... I just watch the games and am happy win we win... what goes into making the sausage has never been as relevant to me.
 
I am more curious to see what Jones and the staff from THI do. He said the staff from THI will not be involved with the new site at On3, so I am guessing IC is going to On3 and Jones and his staff are going somewhere else or starting something new. I know I am not ever going to pay to be able to post on a message board, though. If that is the case at On3 then hopefully Jones will offer an alternative to IC at On3. Would be funny if they just switch and THI comes to 247.

THI put out a video this morning...it seems like they're in limbo for a month. I really do wonder if they may be looking to join 247, that would be wild.
