IC going to On3

I signed up for IC On3.

I would also like to be able to post on another teams On3 site but I will need to subscribe.

I have been trying to look for a way to just add the second team through my IC On3 account.

Looks like I will just have to go to the other teams site and start the entire process over at the other teams site.

Stopped by On3 ZZL today.

They have three threads that have a post today.

And one of those was Chris2001 locking a thread about the debt, with less than ten responses, for being political.

I really don't understand why they even have a non sports board.

On3 has a non sports board where it appears that anything is allowed.

Are you talking about the ZZL on IC on On3?

So it turns out that Rock drank 247's milk shake after all. Which I believe was his motivation for starting this site. Victory!

Just a reminder to anyone who signed up for the $1 access back when IC moved to On3. On3 will automatically charge you for a full year's subscription on November 1. Two and a half months in and I'm not convinced it's worth what they want to charge so I went in just now to cancel.

There were at least 2 popups offering a lower than previously advertised price to stay on board. I declined. The last popup indicated I will lose my right to post on IC boards beginning November 1. This sure seems counter to the idea they would continue allowing posting on the "free boards." Maybe I'm misinterpreting the message. But just in case, and so there's no funny business, I also deleted my "saved" credit card so there's no chance of them charging me.

I am tempted
Tommy's post game Baseball shows and interviews with Coach are the bomb for me. Now he has "stats pro " Grace also

There are still free boards.

Those are probably On3-wide reminders and most sites don’t have free boards.

Which 247 board? The Tar Heel Illustrated board?
Believe he’s saying the ZZL on THI on 247 so yes. Which btw, yikes. Wonder if they’ll shut that thread down eventually.

Speaking of that, I just saw on the news that their parent company is going to layoff 2 to 3000 workers. I wonder if 247s days are limited.

Stability was definitely one of the reasons IC left for On3.

OTOH, 247 has dedicated a lot of financial resources into making TarHeel Illustrated a success, so I'd be surprised if they pulled the plug too quickly.

Honestly, if that post above is typical of the type of crap they're allowing there then it probably should be shut down, and good riddance. Glad I don't visit the other boards much anymore.

247 definitely has prioritized THI. It’s more that they’d get word from above that 247 is getting scaled down or less likely, shuttered or similar.

We will know soon enough.
