I want a winning coach couldnt care less about their politics, sex, looks, personality etc. Stay in the lane you are paid to and dont stray from that lane.

It can if you want the country to be a place primarily for “Real Americans” people who are white, cisgender, heterosexual, Christian, men/women who want to be subject to men, and who don’t really have any clue about what government should do.

Essentially, if you’re gonna support Trump it really helps to be bigoted & stupid.

This is the thing for me. So you supported UNC through Dean Smith and Roy Williams, both of whom are outspoken progressives, but now because someone dares say something mean about your orange god you are done with being a fan? Snoop hit the nail on the head when he said -

First, no surprise that Malone is anti Trump as the NBA is , BY FAR, the most liberal professional sports organization. It's like a random PGA golfer professing his support for MAGA. Shocked I tell you.

Second, I could care less whether Malone is a supporter or, a critic of or indifferent towards Trump. I just want him to run a competent basketball program and win to the standard of Carolina basketball.

First off, I put very little regard into anything a coach or politician says to the media...they are all a bunch of egotistical liars.

Secondly, my preference is a coach who doesnt offer up their beliefs/opinions on anything other than what they are paid to coach, but that's not realistic.

Thirdly, just win big time, baby!

They were telegraphing behind the scenes Brown and Able news and imminent public announcements while 247 had no clue that Able was even on UNC's radar.

"telegraphing" is nearly an understatement, yet there were still people melting down over the lack of news and I am sitting here like, "does Ben have to do ring your doorbell and give you a personal note in calligraphy with the subtext written out? "
 
Paramount seemingly acquiring Warner Brothers has renewed my interest in if 247 was ever going to change hands. I thought it was gonna happen recently but apparently not.

It is absurd how much I wish 247 would either be destroyed or change hands to someone who actually knew what they were doing.

I would love to know the financials of 247. I just don’t understand how a company run so poorly can make any money.
 
You have to pay to post on the IC boards now at On3. The off-topic board at 247 is dead, and the basketball and football boards have multiple threads on the same topic. I don't get how anyone enjoys either one.

On3 premium is good. Still great content and reporting IMO. Still maintain a high level of journalistic integrity.
