I don’t understand how the legal system treats certain words.

Maybe “facilitate” means “get this done by X time and Y date.”

I don’t know why judges are not putting things into simple language.

For instance, “You must bring Mr. Abrego Garcia into this courtroom by 4:00 pm, Wednesday, April 16th, 2025.”

“This Court is not talking about “facilitating or effectuating” his appearance. This Court is saying you have him here by Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 at 4:00 pm or you (Person(s) explicitly named) will be found in contempt and jailed until Mr. Abrego Garcia is in this courtroom.”

Granted, I don’t know what the legal definition or use of certain words is. I do know that “facilitate” or “effectuate” are vague, pansy-ass words to most people.

“I feel like something is happening generally in America. Something bad is happening. I don’t think everybody understands.”

Being from Russia, she's probably seen this situation before.
My exact sentiments and I have been here for a very long time. What really hurts is that “I don’t think everybody understands” or even cares.

Not when inflation was high and illegals were committing crimes
If you didn't rely on slanted media for your "news", you would have known that America was far ahead of the rest of the world in containing inflation, by every credible metric.

Similarly, crime was reduced by the Biden administration.

One painfully funny part of the last 10ish years is that TDS means the opposite of what those who say it intend it to mean.

Something bad indeed. And the problem is, because Congress is complicit, there is nothing that can be done. The Project 2025 folks knew the judiciary is powerless...All they needed was the right person to get into the White House and America was hijacked. And without a Congress, nothing can be done to stop it. This country was founded like it should be run by moral people or something, without any safeguards for what is going on

What would the evidence look like?
Documents, photos, videos, sworn testimony. The same evidence that you have in every other court proceeding. Do you seriously think the Trump admin should just be able to come into court and say whoever it wants is "MS-13" and not be expected to identify the basis for that assertion?

If you don't even know what "evidence" means my suggestion would be to leave the discussion of legal issues to people with law degrees.

I don't disagree with you overall about the use of "legalese" but the Supreme Court basically said the district court couldn't order the administration to do the things you want it to order. I think the original reason the court used "facilitate" and "effectuate" was to try to avoid a finding that it overstepped its authority.

A judge said Trump was liable for sexual assault and guilty of 34 felonies.
Didn’t separate JURIES find Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation in one case and guilty of 34 felonies in another case? And, a separate jury found Trump liable again for defamation as he continued to lie about Jean Carroll and awarded her $80+ million.

JURIES, not a judge.
