License to what? It can't be teaching English or Logic. Dog catcher? In which states are you licensed?
Lower limit of Uber/Lyft driver.License to what? It can't be teaching English or Logic. Dog catcher?
My exact sentiments and I have been here for a very long time. What really hurts is that “I don’t think everybody understands” or even cares.“I feel like something is happening generally in America. Something bad is happening. I don’t think everybody understands.”
Being from Russia, she's probably seen this situation before.
If you didn't rely on slanted media for your "news", you would have known that America was far ahead of the rest of the world in containing inflation, by every credible metric. Not when inflation was high and illegals were committing crimes
Something bad indeed. And the problem is, because Congress is complicit, there is nothing that can be done. The Project 2025 folks knew the judiciary is powerless...All they needed was the right person to get into the White House and America was hijacked. And without a Congress, nothing can be done to stop it. This country was founded like it should be run by moral people or something, without any safeguards for what is going on“I feel like something is happening generally in America. Something bad is happening. I don’t think everybody understands.”

A judge said he was
no no no, not THAT judge. he doesn't count.A judge said Trump was liable for sexual assault and guilty of 34 felonies.
Not true.A judge said Trump was liable for sexual assault and guilty of 34 felonies.
Documents, photos, videos, sworn testimony. The same evidence that you have in every other court proceeding. Do you seriously think the Trump admin should just be able to come into court and say whoever it wants is "MS-13" and not be expected to identify the basis for that assertion? What would the evidence look like?
I don't disagree with you overall about the use of "legalese" but the Supreme Court basically said the district court couldn't order the administration to do the things you want it to order. I think the original reason the court used "facilitate" and "effectuate" was to try to avoid a finding that it overstepped its authority.I don’t understand how the legal system treats certain words.
Maybe “facilitate” means “get this done by X time and Y date.”
I don’t know why judges are not putting things into simple language.
For instance, “You must bring Mr. Abrego Garcia into this courtroom by 4:00 pm, Wednesday, April 16th, 2025.”
“This Court is not talking about “facilitating or effectuating” his appearance. This Court is saying you have him here by Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 at 4:00 pm or you (Person(s) explicitly named) will be found in contempt and jailed until Mr. Abrego Garcia is in this courtroom.”
Granted, I don’t know what the legal definition or use of certain words is. I do know that “facilitate” or “effectuate” are vague, pansy-ass words to most people.
Not true.
A jury said those things. Two different juries, actually.
Didn’t separate JURIES find Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation in one case and guilty of 34 felonies in another case? And, a separate jury found Trump liable again for defamation as he continued to lie about Jean Carroll and awarded her $80+ million.A judge said Trump was liable for sexual assault and guilty of 34 felonies.

JURIES, not a judge.
