Something important that’s going unnoticed.

The president of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, who Trump is working hand in hand with to deport well, pretty much anyone he wants, won reelection last year…. Even though he’d reached his term limit and it was against the El Salvadoran constitution. They made a special allowance for him.

Just food for thought.

Nope. An immigration judge (not the same thing as an actual judge) said that the government had produced enough evidence to satisfy the immigration standards, which is not remotely the same as saying that the preponderance of evidence showed that he was. The immigration standards are extremely deferential, and the judge works for the justice department, so it is a finding about nothing at all.

Wrong. Preponderance doesn't apply here. Just say you want said illegal in a court room with a bias jury and judge, just say it.

Immigration judge is legit here.

Clearly "owning the libs" is the primary motivating force in his life. If it hurts liberals or people they support it's all A-OK. Everything else is irrelevant.
