So, she clearly was not about to run over an ICE agent. So that part is a lie. Noem also says she rammed ICE vehicles. The few videos I've seen here have just been the last several seconds. Is there any evidence of her ramming their vehicles?

That is murder. Any idea who shot her? Can't tell from that video. Was it the agent at the window or one of the others?
It was the guy standing closer to the far side of the street. Granted he was more to the front of the car than the guy at the driver’s window. You can see him almost immediately moving to put his gun back in the holster. That’s not something you do if you’re in fear for your life.

Before or after she was shot? Wouldn't surprise me if the vehicle rammed something at some point, as vehicles with dead or bleeding-out drivers tend to be poorly controlled. I know what question you're asking; I'm just anticipating the MAGA response.

Mayor doesn't know if the city has the power to prosecute. Crime scene was secured by MPD and the investigation is joint between it and the FBI, and they will investigate if any city or state laws were violated.
Yeah, it can be tricky to prosecute a federal agent under state laws if the agent was acting in the course of duty. I'm not sure how "in the course of duty" has been interpreted. It can't mean, "if you're doing something illegal, you're outside the course of duty" because then every prosecution would be able to proceed. At the same time, one would hope that there is a principle cabining course of duty. Like a federal agent who dons a uniform, goes on the clock and then walks to a mall and shoots everyone.

It does not at all help matters that MN is in the 8th Circuit, which is now the second most reactionary court in the country behind only the 5th. Well, maybe also sixth. I don't keep track closely. But the point is, the federal judges in that circuit are more likely to enjoin local prosecution.

After she was shot she hit a parked car then a telephone pole - mainly because her head was exploded all over the steering wheel.

Yeah, exploded heads lead to that outcome. I hope to fucking hell that MAGA doesn't try to use the post-shooting video as justification, but I am not optimistic. Of course they will.

Those motherfuckers will swear on the life of their children that the video shows the victim ran over 5 ICE officers and took a shot at Kristi Noem

The 1 standing in front of the vehicle fired the 1st shot. He might have fired all the shots. She tried to run him over. Would have if not for the road being covered in ice.

Clearly he was basically already out of the way, the half stop sideways got him out of the way, as he watched the vehicle back up and turn to the right. Clearly the 4 hours of "training" these agents hired off social media had to do wasn't adequate.

What a joke we are as a country.
