But Ricky Gervais is actually funny. He’s an extremely successful comedian who sometimes says controversial things. Like Chappell or Carlin. Hinchcliffe is an asshole bro of modest success telling jokes, mostly on a podcast. This I know only because I’ve never heard of him before this spectacle and that’s what Google has to say about him.
gervais made mean jokes about actors, hinchcliffe made racist jokes about non-white people. exactly the same to some geniuses on here

As a pretty regular viewer of Kill Tony, I do enjoy it for the comedians themselves, but have always thought Hinchliffe was an asshole and apparently a rare gay magat. Comments he’s made in previous pod cast episodes about Biden/Trump/Harris prepared me for what was said at MSG. His podcast is one of the most popular ones out there and I’m sure he will suffer some sponsor losses because of this. They usually post the podcasts on YouTube a few weeks after the fact so I’m going to be interested to see how he is in a few weeks.

I’m someone who can appreciate offensive humor when it’s funny. There can be a time and place for it. But ask yourself this: Why would a campaign want to have a comedian known for offensive humor that targets various races and ethnic groups, etc. be one of the speakers at a major campaign rally?

Because its a campaign that that targets various races and ethnic groups and hates them.

I had never heard of him before the MSG rally. He seems like an a-hole and probably isn't very funny to most people, but his success and the quality of the jokes seems to be secondary the belief that he should somehow be held accountable. The only ones to blame is Trump and his team who scheduled him.

Bad Bunny, JLo, Marc Antony and Leguizamo versus Zoraida Buxo. Who's favored in this sure-to-be-epic matchup?

For sure. Scott was the very first to publicly condemn the comment. He knows it is political kryptonite in Florida.
I think a House member from Florida beat him to it by a smidge, but you're right.

Question is whether the PRs will realize that it's not just Trump, but the whole GOP apparatus at this point? Mike Madrid apparently thinks it's significant that the hate lines weren't coming from Trump himself. It's not dismissible as Trump being Trump.
