What if Putin poisoned him in the back of the Beast two weeks ago, and then told Trump he did it, and that's why all of those admin staffers came out of the meeting looking like they'd seen a ghost? That has been Putin and the KGB's M.O. for years- slow-acting poisons.

Why would Putin put a stop to the rapid and total destruction of the United States? Trump was achieving Putins goals way beyond Putins wildest dreams and at a much more rapid pace than he could have ever imagined.

I’d guess he’s in worse health than he was 4 years ago based simply of being 4 years older.

At his age health is month to month thing more than a year to year one. When the shit goes bad it can go bad fast.

The most realistic answer is that he may have had some kind of health issue in the past couple of weeks, but he's still very much alive and doddering about as he always has. Calvin Coolidge was so famous for his poker face and being taciturn in public ("Silent Cal") that when one of his critics was told in 1933 that he had just died she responded "How could they tell?". Given Trump's idiocy and incoherent ramblings and weird physical behavior and appearance you could just as easily say "How can you tell he had a stroke?" when discussing his health.
