There was a schedule to release hostages and an agreement to move on to the next stage and release more. But Israel pulled out.
Again, there was never an agreement to release all of the hostages. The second phase of the ceasefire was to begin with continued negotiations. That second phase never happened. Hamas refuses to relinquish control of Gaza and Israel refuses to end the war until Hamas is removed from power.

Just release them then. The world sentiment will change very quickly if Hamas has no hostages.
I'll just note, as I have before, that with ALL of the cries for a ceasefire and cries about civilian death/genocide, very few on the left are screaming for Hamas to release the hostages. It's all finger-pointing directed at Israel.

That's because the hostages are also affected by starvation tactics and the bombings. Maybe if they stopped those, then the focus can be the release of the hostages. However, Netanyahu has made it clear that he doesn't care about the hostages.

I like how Israel uses Oct 7th to justify everything they have done, and anything done before does not justify Oct 7th and anything Israel has done after cannot be used as an excuse for an attack against them. Seem hypocritical. Israel always plays the victim.

Also, the myth of aid being "intercepted by terrorists" has been refuted by western sources and the heads of the aid groups. If you can read the links from the last couple pages and still believe Israel is moral, then you lose any credibility that you may have had.

Terror in Gaza: Hamas offers bounties to kill US and local aid workers, group says

EXCLUSIVE — The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) is facing a new threat as Hamas terrorists allegedly place bounties on the heads of its workers, including U.S. security personnel and local aid staff.

According to GHF, Hamas is offering monetary rewards to anyone who kills or injures the organization’s workers.

"We are aware of credible reports that Hamas is openly targeting the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and those who work with us. According to these reports, Hamas has placed bounties on both our American security personnel and Palestinian aid workers, offering cash rewards to anyone who injures or kills them," GHF said in a statement provided exclusively to Fox News Digital.

GHF is an Israeli front that is causing massacres of Palestinians daily because of the way they are running things. I'm not defending Hamas, but at the same time, GHF is not a real humanitarian group. They also have hired armed former ISIS thugs to run some of their operations.

How are they "running things" that causes Palestinian deaths daily?

You should let them know because they are handing out lots of aid (estimated 46 million meals since late May) with the help of the US.

You mean to protect them from Hamas/Al Qassam? Yes, seems like a great idea to me. I don't expect aid workers to participate in armed conflict, but I'm more than happy to see theocratic lunatics fight it out. Sounds like a win-win.

Go watch the videos on how they are running things then come back to me. They are running things like Hunger Games and those ISIS thugs have shot at people as well. I like how you think sending in ISIS is a good idea. Makes sense to your logic.

They're giving out over a million meals per day. I don't know what you're referring to, but they are clearly doing something right.

I've seen some of the videos and, yes, there are situation where the distribution gets chaotic and dangerous. I read that a couple hundred have been killed and about 3k injured. That isn't really surprising given the situation.

Nearly all of the videos also showed lines of people calmly walking away from the distribution centers with huge bags of flour and other items. It's fine to call for an end to/fix of GHF's distribution process, but nobody has suggested a better idea that actually ensures some semblance of control.

There are realities in war. Civilians will die. Civilians will be injured. There will be ugly events. That doesn't mean, in this case, the entire process needs to be scrapped.

The real question is why the government of Gaza is trying to get aid workers killed when it's those aid worker who are trying to feed Gazans?

Hamas and Bibi need each other to survive. Mango Duce isn't going to do anything.

Genocide and War Crimes continue in Ukraine. War Crimes continue in Gaza.
