Oh please get a clue. Iran has many cards to play. Starting with blocking the strait. And funny thing is, if anyone remembers 45 years back, all the 'death to America" chants from the Iranian people...........which will come back and reinforce the staying power of the Iranian Regime. Have a hunch the Ayatollahs are already giving thanks to Trump for saving them. It will be a miracle if this doesn't become a full blown mess.

When has Trump ever navigated a mess? COVID comes to mind.
 
From a purely political perspective, will last night turn out to be Trump’s Iraq invasion? His Afghanistan withdrawal? Or will he find a way to make American military intervention in the Middle East a political positive for the first time in history?

Threat level to this country has just gone up. We can be mostly assured for a few yrs it won't be a nuke threat, but our intel said there wasn't an imminent nuke to begin with.

So our threat level has jumped for what?
