1. In case you haven't noticed, the Trump administration has no logic other than revenge.
2. You did not say it wasn't a crime. You said you don't think it is, but then talked about how the Secret Service should talk to him, questioned why he took it down if he was innocent.

This is not a close legal question. This is a "you shouldn't be a lawyer if you don't know the answer" question.

What about in the hundreds, maybe thousands, of hours of tape recordings the FBI had of John Gotti from the Ravenite Social Club?

I’ve watched a bunch of mob movies and I’ve never once heard the term in any of them. Maybe the Atlanta mob @Ramrouser hangs with uses the term.

Google says that the 86 is the dimension of a grave -- i.e. 8 feet long, 6 feet wide. 8 miles outside town? I mean, come on.

Where have you ever seen or heard that phrase used in the way you describe?

It’s mainly used in the restaurant industry to let the staff know that the kitchen is out of something or it’s gone bad.

To say “86” in reference to a person, in this case Trump, doesn’t necessarily mean to kill, or “rub out” in mob lingo. It can simply mean “take him off the menu”. Cancel him as in “cancel culture”. Ignore him, he’s no longer on the menu.

That said, everybody is going to read between the lines and assume 8645 or 8647 is code for wishing the guy in Pennsylvania hadn’t missed.

Trump and his henchmen are just using this bullshit as a pretext to go after Comey...
so Hillary needs to be super careful and mind her p's and q's😰
