June 14 Military Parade — DC

Might be that the Army is badly upstaging trump.

Does he realize it?

As I understand it trump will speak - he’s got time.
 
A group just recited the oath to The Constitution. May every single soldier fully comprehend all of these words.

“I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
 
I had no intention of watching any of it and haven't, but I am curious as to what the crowd size is. For those who are watching, how many people look to be there?

I understand the concern but I think ya'll are overreacting. It IS a special occasion - 250th anniversary of the Army - so why not enjoy a celebration of our modern Army. It's bound to help with recruitment (which is on the rise with Trump btw). I can't wait to watch and view our soldiers and new hardware.

France celebrates Bastille Day every year with a military parade. Countries like Spain, Belgium and Ireland will do so on special occasion like the 100 year anniversary of Ireland's Easter Rising.

Everything Trump does is not the end of the Republic.

Maybe, if he weren't ruining people's lives by firing them in the name of cost and efficiency, maybe we would see this waste of money differently.

Maybe if everything weren't about him and his narcissistic personality disorder, maybe we would see this differently.

Hard to say - the set-up does not seem to allow for many in the vicinity of trump.

He’ll speak no doubt in a place where more can attend.

He's targeting all Democrats along with abortion providers. No Pubs on his list. Sounds MAGA to me.
