"Trump has a reputation for delivering large construction projects on time, under budget, and beautifully finished." LOL. His "projects" invariably look like pieces of low-class white trash gold-covered crap that are monuments to himself. God only knows what the Kennedy Center will look like when they're done. Again, I do hope that the next president has the guts to remove his name from everything he's renamed after himself and to either restore or tear down whatever he's built. That man doesn't deserve a decent burial within a footnote.

Did Trump say it will close for two years for renovations ? I think he may have mispoken.
I think he meant to say the center will be renovated in the next two weeks.

Indeed it did undergo those renovations. My daughter was part of the team of acoustical consultants who worked on that project.

He’s doing this for one reason only. He thinks if he completely rebuilds the center, he’ll get to keep his name on it when the next Democratic President takes over.
The only thing that will have Trump's name in 2029 is the town's dump.
