Welp, looks like it's not a good year to be an old white dude after a terrible performance, shame we don't have a Kamala-type on the bench ready to go, lol

Still, Mack was the coach when I was a kid and I hate to see it end like this but I'll be grateful for what he did and has been for the University of North Carolina and it's football program.

You can't let JMU hang 70 on you. I mean, it's not VaTech or even Virginia. It's James Freakin Madison. Might as well be VMI or VCU. Old Dominion. Lynchburg, (I don't think they have a football team)
Mack should be gone first thing Monday morning if even just for that. It matters not what you did 2 ,3, 4 year ago... or even what you can rally and potentially pull off this year.
Any head coach of UNC that allows JMU to hang 70 on you? You're ass should be grass the very next day... not at the end of the season - not even at the end of the week... the very next, damn day. Period.

At the least, Mack should refuse any salary or money for the rest of his tenure at UNC.

I think Mack had to be already thinking about retiring for him to make the decision today after the result of the game.

I think he’s scared shitless that more ass beatings are on the way and he’s probably right. He certainly doesn’t know how to fix it.

Does an interim coach have to come from within the ranks? I know the interim ALWAYS does come from within... but does he have to? I mean, could Carolina reach out to a retiree and have them take over for the year? Somebody was joking about Nick Saban being available... but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm available... I've coached football in H.S. And I'm not asking an arm and a leg.
