The Embassy and Bolder terrorists literally yelled "Free free Palestine" in the same cadence as the student protestors as they killed or burned their victims.

Who's closing their eyes now?
Boulder perp was a Muslim man, right?

I’d guess that the impetus for his attack was more about the US assisting Israel in its efforts to wipe all Muslims in Palestine off the face of the earth.

I’d also guess that the perp isn’t a lefty dem voter, given that most Muslim men tend to lean toward cultural, religious, and political conservatism.

Which side - left or right - is associated with the campus "Free Palestine" protests taking place across the nation since the spring of 2024, and as recently as May 2025? Hint, I didn't see a lot of guys with floppy hair sporting Peter Millar quarter zips. These protests appear to have inspired the New Orleans, Israeli Embassy and Bolder terrorists. The left owns the recent acts.
The New Orleans attacker pledged himself to ISIL. It had nothing to do with the left or any left protests. The left hates ISIL more than the right.

The Israeli embassy attacker had been a Marxist Leninist for years, so while he was definitely "of the left" he's really an outlier. The way we used to think about the Proud Boys until Trump made white nationalists an important part of his base.

The Boulder attacks could be attributed to the rising tide of anger on the left. One out of three.

Evangelicals and Muslim radicals are twins that hate each other. The only reason that Christianity is better is because the Thirty Years War began the separation of church and state so Trump can't issue a fatwa. Other than that, it's the same male dominated culture that rejects science and reason for myth
and superstition.

Yes, if.

They screwed up with Abrego Garcia and brought him back. They corrected their mistake.
no. there is no if.

this admin is embroiled in numerous lawsuits over erroneous deportations. they are actively fighting correcting their mistakes.

they brought back abrego garcia EIGHTY THREE days after deporting him only due to multiple court orders.

that you think that they're displaying any semblance of good faith with these processes is hilarious and disturbing.

Were the left made to own and apologize for:

The UnitedHealthcare murder - heck some of the left keeps cheering him on

The New Orleans truck murderer

The Tesla firebombers

The Bolder anti Semite who burned Jews alive

The Israeli Embassy assassin

The Palm Springs car bomber

Gov Shapiro arson incident

I certainly don't remember 23+ page threads where everyone was condemning those acts of left wing/anti Semite violence.

And these are just the incidents in the last few months.

This guy looks like he was a right wing abortion nut but some of these facts are so unusual that I would like more information before making a final decision - that's all I've said. My bet is that he was a life long Democrat who, for whatever reason, was recently radicalized. Regardless, it was terrible incident.

If this doesn't slow down we may be heading towards a "Bloody Kansas" era in our country with tit- for- tat acts of gruesome violence against each political side.
wtf is wrong with you? so much dishonest BS here i don't even know where to begin.

the left doesn't "own" anti-israel sentiment. that's absurd. the uncommitted movement of muslims/arabs pissed at dem support for israel won michigan for trump.

and the shapiro arsonist?! a leftist tried to burn down a left wing governor's mansion? the guy is bipolar and tried to get his family members to vote for trump but somehow the left owns that?

This is your brain on drugs right-wing propaganda...

every single republican who warns of sharia law needs to be asked what specific policies that would entail and if they actually oppose those specific policies.

If they were doing it on purpose and/or not making effort to fix their mistake, of course.
Okay, good. I ask because I have read story after story in several different threads on these forums of that happening all the time. Maybe you missed them or just don’t believe them.

I believe there have been mistakes made. I believe, in some cases, the administration believes they are deporting someone they believe shouldn't be here. Abrego Garcia, for example. I don't believe they've deported any US citizens .

I don't believe they've deported any US citizens .

In one of the cases, it's two U.S. citizen siblings, a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old, who were deported with their undocumented mother to Honduras within 24 hours after being detained.

Now, in the other case, the third child is a 2-year-old girl who was referred to in court filings with the initials VML. She was also deported to Honduras with her mother. That 2-year-old is a U.S. citizen and they were deported roughly three days — after being held for three days in detention.

And we have previously reported that there were other U.S. citizen children deported. So, in all, under the Trump administration, by our count, there have been at least seven U.S. citizen children who have been deported with their parents so far.

This is from April. Who knows what the actual count is at this moment. But it’s past time for you to remove your head from its well rested position up your ass.

Free Palestine not equal to anti Semitic. Just as equal rights for non white people doesn't equal discrimination against white people.

There's nuance, it's not binary.

Yeah. I'd complain if anybody was being brutalized by illegal actions and unfairly treated. I don't need to check their bonafides. I don't have to like their politics. I just have to hate how they are being treated. It took me 60 years but I went from unabashedly pro-Israel in the early 60s to a supporter who had serious concerns about the settlements to a person who regrets having Israel as an ally, despises BiBi and thinks he's a war criminal. If it weren't for the mythical religious connection, would we be on their side? What exactly the fuck have we ever gotten out of it?

That said, Palestine as screwed up by the numbers along with the other ME countries complicit in the origin and maintenance of this situation. I have no use for anything that they've done. It's that I still don't think they should be beaten like a caged animal. You'd think that with their history, Israel would be better than that. Before you jump on me for that comparison, Israeli soldiers started making it in the 80s.

Yes, it's just not a simple discussion. Lots of history.

My thing is that the people in both groups, just want to live life. It's the governments and other groups, in my opinion, that seem to keep tensions high.

I just can't understand why they couldn't have come to an agreement years ago to allow both groups of people the ability to seek out their best life.

Didn't mean to derail the thread. If there's more conversation warranted or needed, I'll go over to the other thread for that.

This one needs to continue to talk about the fucking idiot that thought that the proper action for his beliefs was to kill those that voted against his opinion or belief. Fucking idiots like that are not needed in any society.

They have deported US Citizens.
But they have also deported people here legally, with valid work visas.
They also took away student visas from foreigners and then arrested them.
To me, all of this seems like Jack-booted government thuggery.
Two of our own have told personal stories on the “How will Trump affect you,” thread in the last 24 hours.

The mother, who was being deported, decided to take her to US citizen kids with her. Those kids could have stayed in the US.
