Yeah, one of the unfortunate legacies of Coach Smith is rhat our former hoops players don't do much at all to help us financially.

They don’t help the University at all financially? You mean the men’s basketball team directly, surely.

That suggestion attributed to Coach Smith was long before NIL, transfer portal, etc. It’s a new day and I feel sure if Coach were still with us, he might be of a different mind in that regard given the new land$cape.
