Russia - Ukraine “peace negotiations”

Maybe this is just Western Press putting its thumb on the scale, but it seems to me there is a real difference between Russian and Ukranian attacks. Ukranian precisely attack bombers on the ground that had been used to launch cruise missles at Ukraine and ammunition depots and ammunition factories. Small explosives are planted in Russian to take out specific military leaders. Russia just lobs high explosives in the general direction of urban areas in what amounts to WW2 area/terror bombing.

Russia is fighting with Terrorism against civilians. The question is why? Is this what it believes will win the war for them? It seems that the terrorism just strengthens Ukrainian resolve. Therefore, I would assume the reason Russia fights the war this way is because it can't fight a precise war like Ukraine. Not a good sign for a former superpower. And not a good sign if it wants to roll Ukraine.

I suspect this is Putin's perverse way of saying that Ukrainians don't really exist, only Russians.
